Product: Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print some photos with an ENVY 5530 and a glossy premium paper from HP as well.

 

But for some reason the black parts are not drying. I changed the options to a glossy paper but I still not drying. I noticed that some people mentioned to change the media but I don't know what this means.

In the case of a printer the media is the paper.

Thanks!...So I am doing right by changing the media to HP Glossy paper...but even with this configuration, the black ink it is still not drying =/

Just a side question, does the paper package say ColorLok?

Try a different Glossy Paper.
