Hi folks
I have been using Instant Ink for a little while but the newest black cartridge has been problematic. It always looks a bit blurry and some lines are faded or missing, especially titles. I have gone through all of the cleaning and aligning routines several times over and the printer has told me to contact support which also seems to be problemtic - whatever happened to the live chat thing? Any ideas on how I can clean this up - my son has CVs waiting!
Thanks, GMID
