Black ink won't print

HP Photosmart 6525
Microsoft Windows XP

Just changed Black ink cartridge on my hp6525 and it won't print black. Other colors print. Put in another new Blk cartridge. Same thing. All diagnostic tests showed nothing wrong, except "Alignment process - Failed" after printing one blue ink only sheet. Also it won'y copy a black only copy.

If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
