Operating System: iOS

Having problems with new printer, keeps asking for ink cartridge to be taken out and put back in, printer starts up with just the colour setup ink in, when black setup ink is put in it asks for it to be taken out and put back in , have updated printer, reset it, clean contacts a few times, need help
