Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The blue cartridge does not appear to be working.  I cannot get blue or green to print.  I tried the HP controls and cleaned the print head but without success.  I bought new cartridges but it still will not print blue or green.  The cleaning uses quite a bit of ink so I do not want to have buy more ink just because of cleaning to deal with this issue. Can anyone offer guidance how to get my blue working again? I am hoping I do not have to take anything apart!  Looking forward to some help. Thank you.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have tried cleaning the printhead thrice and also used new ink cartridges but the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printhead of the printer.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
