I have a hP6960 all in one printer. It appears that the blue cartridge has stopped printing, (both for printing adn copying).
I have installed new cartridges, did a level 1, 2 and 3 cleaning, cleaned the printhead manually with a damp towel.
The machine stubbornly refuses to print using the blue cartirdge.
I aslo made sure i have the latest drivers installed.
I also tired to do a print alignment, but the system says it cannot read the scan.
Any body have any other ideas?
