The printer often stops working showing a blue screen with the code B8EBC1EC. Since it's inoperative I must shut it down for several minutes and re-start. However, it doesn't afford a permanent solution. It happened twice today. A bit of support would be welcomed.

Yesterday I reinstalled the various software and so far the printer has been working well. If it recurs I will follow your advice.
