HP 61 Tricolor

I like to keep extra ink on hand so I never run out.  I bought a two pack on Amazon last year, used the HP 61 Black cartridge, but the tri-color cartridge has been sitting in my drawer for months since I hadn't run out yet.  Today I installed the tri-color cartridge only to get a compatibility error.  When I took the cartridge out, I saw that it was an HP 63 tri-color cartridge that came inside the HP 61 package.  Amazon won't replace it because my order was placed too long ago.  I can't seem to figure out how to contact HP about this issue.  Anyone have suggestions?  I hate that I'm out so much money.

I appreciate your help.  When I go to the Contact HP page, what would you suggest I select as far as a product?  The product I purchased was ink, but when I enter the product number or name for the ink, no options are found.  This was the issue I encountered earlier when attempting to contact support about this problem.  Thanks in advance for any solutions.

Thank you.  I tried this, and the only option it is giving me is this support community.  Is there a phone number I can call?
