I have an HP Deskjet Inkjet advantage printer 3545.
I tried installing a new HP ink cartridge 678 black and I got a message that cartridge needs to be replaced, though its a new cartridge bought from an authorized HP store.
Has anyone faced the same problem, does anyone have a solution, why does this happen?
