Bought a HP 410 all in one printer from AMAZON.IN in Aug 19 and due to other printer availability, didn't opened the box. Today I tried to install the printer, it is not going to A (alignment process) from P. In computer, HP software says "Door Open", although doors are closed properly.
On checking Warranty with HP virtual assistant, it says it expired on 5th May 2020. I am stuck.
My printer sl. No. [edit]and product No. Z6Z95A.
Please Help. My unused printer is refusing to start.
My Contact No. [edit]

Printers usually have a one year warranty. If you did not register your warranty when you purchased, the system will show a default date based on one year and 90 days from date of manufacture. If you have proof of purchase you can update that warranty status so that you can get this issue resolved under warranty. You will need to contact HP Technical support to do this.
