Brand New HP Cartridge won't print blue ink

HP 5740 All in One Series
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I just bought a brand new HP TRI color cartridge (62) for my printer but it won't print blue ink.  I've tried to clean the cartridges several times and align the printer heads and it still won't print.  Now I'm just wasting ink trying to solve it and it still won't print.  Please help!  This printer has caused me nothing but headaches since I bought it.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the ink replacement or service options on the printer.

Thank you for responding but this is not helpful.  When I click the link for HP Support Community is brings me to this board, so I am already here!  So how do I actually get it serviced?  I feel like I am in a loop with no resolution.

 

I am disappointed with my HP product.  I won't buy one again.
