HP Envy 5032
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have bought and installed a brand new HP Envy 5032 and currently getting a Printer Failure "0x61000070".

So far I have:

  • Have updated firmware
  • Have restarted multiple times, restored factory settings and updated firmware again.
  • Have checked the ink cartridges (which are the HP install cartridges)
  • Adjusted the paper in the tray and still no signs of the error message leaving.
  • Attempted to align cartridges - Paper Jam
  • Attempted to clean Cartridges - Paper Jam

Please Help
