I just replaced my tricolor HP cartridge and the Cyan is not working. I have aligned, cleaned, printed the diagnostic, cleaned again, uninstalled the software, reinstalled the software, waited two days, cleaned three times, and it is still not working. Ink cartridges are too expensive for this!

I have gone through your Post and I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue
Since the issue persists after cleaning the Printhead, at this point I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options
Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
