Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased this printer. I printed my very first photo, on regular paper, and there are white lines running horizontally through the photo.  I can't seem to find any answers on how to run maintenance on this printer. It keeps telling me to use the APP, but I don't find the APP helpful at all.

Take a look at page 146 in the user's guide for info.

Thank you for trying to help me. I have looked at page 145-147 and there is nothing in that text that refers to white lines printing through my photograph.

It says to open HP Utility located in the HP folder in the Applications folder. Where do I find HP Utility?

Click on the Windows Start icon and scroll down to the HP folder.

You can also use the printer panel to try to solve your problem.
