When printing vector PDFs or DWGs on A3 the print is broken up as if the printers skips every other line stroke. When printing on A4 works flawlessly.
The original vector PDF:

I tried all the tests available in HP Smart software, but the tests only test A4 paper size and ther is no way to test or calibrate A3.

What could be the issue and how to solve it?
Edit: The printer is brand new. It was set up exactly as per included instucrtions.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Does this only happen while printing vectors on A3? Does this happen with any other document you try to print on A3?
Let's try to do a root uninstall and reinstall of the software:
Unplug any USB cable, if any, before doing this.
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between "printui.exe" and "/s")
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo
14.) Type c:/programdata and click Ok. Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
15.) Restart the computer.
Once done, please download and install the software from here:

Thank You for your help.
The issue persisted every time I tried printing either a vector PDF or a DWG. If an image was printed the print was good.
I managed to solve it by installing the driver from the HP website.
It seems that Windows 10 installed their own driver: Microsoft IPP Class Driver when installing the printer the first time.
I couldn't tell immediately as Windows installed HP Smart software automatically and everywhere the printer was reported normaly.
After checking the device manager I saw that the Microsoft's printer driver was installed and immediately installed HP driver.
Now the printer is working flawlessly.
Thank You for your help.
