I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message which is specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hi there I have also just received a 7155 that I believe to be refurbished without any setup ink, I didn’t even know this was a thing before I bought the printer. Can you please help me bypass the set up message?

I am having the same problem as mentioned by others.... I need to bypass the SETUP cartridge message to use my "Display"- bought HP ENVY Photo 7155 Printer... Please Help.
