I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Hi @DANLBUG60,
I read your post and I understand that you do not have setup ink cartridges and printer is requesting for them and you would like to bypass that request. I can help you with that!
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Per HP Print team....there is not a way to by pass the print setup cartridges. You have to buy new ones direct from HP. Basically told me it would be cheaper to buy a new printer! Stop sending messages to HP Community! Irrelevant information!
