C310 PhotoSmart PREMIUM
Using only photo color Black to print general documents IS an On Going ISSUE
HP Support / Forum Volunteers have Not Provided a solution
This needs to be Escalated AND Resolved!!!
I MISS My CANON MULTI-FUNCTION PRINTER...

I understanding that the C310 PhotoSmart printer uses photo ink cartridges while printing the normal document.

 

Please perform the steps from this document, also check the print settings on the PC.
