Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When powered on, the printer feeds half a sheet of paper, stops and then displays error message "Cartridge Jam".  Have tried unplugging and removing print cartridges to no avail.  I feel like there may be some paper stuck somewhere but I don't see any.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there seems to be an issue with the paper jam.
