My HP C6280 Photosmart all-in-one printer omits some text when it prints. I am up to date on all drivers according to HP Print and scan doctor. I have all ink according to same. I printed in color and got some eliminated text. I printed in greyscale and got a blank page. I put in a new black ink cartridge and still got a blank page. I understand that if black printerhead is not working, that in will use all colors. So why doesn't it use all colors for all words. Why does it not print certain text?

Yes, it does the same thing when I try to make a black copy. Seems like the black is not working. Do not know how to fix this issue. In addition, I am on Windows7 operating system and trying to figure out if this printer will work on a Windows10 operating system.
