I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8600. It's 5 years old. I get a message that I have a damaged cartridge. I replaced the HP cartridge with a brand new one but I get the same message. It is also wildly inconsistent in showing the ink levels. Help!
If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding this.
