Hi! I hope I'm in the right part of the forums for my question.

I have the printer hp deskjet 3630 and both color & black cartridges are empty, and I need to replace them. However, I just need black and not color so instead of spending more money than I have to  I just want to buy the Black 63 Ink. I read somewhere that some printers need both color and black ink cartridges filled to print, but when I looked under the list of printers that are like that the Hp Deskjet 3630 wasn't listed, and I wanted to double check. I just want to print black and white sketches.

Thank you, dev

@Devenite

As per the User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04649694 on page 61, your printer does support the single cartridge mode

Hope this helps 😊
