HP Officejet 7610 series
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I didn't use my printer for a couple of months and now cyan won't pass the diagnostics test and using all the tools in the toolbox doesn't help, nor does a new cartridge. Any way I can clean the printhead myself? I don't want to pay a technician.

As the printhead of this printer is non-removable hence you will not be able to clean the printhead manually.

However did you run the 3-level cleaning of the printhead including the alignment ?

Hey this would have been the solution, but on my phone it was unclear where the button was pointed so I pressed the button for the wrong answer. Sorry about that!
