Trying to print a couple of colour photos. Printer didn't do Anything. Tried to print documents, no problem. I am told the device is working properly. Downloaded latest drivers from HP. Still same problem. Printed test page and it was fine, even the colouful Windows logo. Still prints docs, but refuses photos. Thank you for any help at all. My printer has always worked real good in the past. Desmond.

Please download and install the following software and use it to print photos
http://www.hp.com/global/us/en/consumer/digital_photography/free/software/photo-creations.html
