Every time I want to print more than one thing I have to print the first thing, shut my laptop & printer off, turn my laptop on first & then the printer, & then I can print the second thing. If I don’t do all that it won’t let me click my printer as the destination.

Remove and add the printer to Chromebook.

Delete your printer from Google Cloud Print, then re-add it:

  1. If you haven't yet, sign in to your Chromebook.
  2. Open Chrome.
  3. Go to the Google Cloud Print list of printers.
  4. Delete any duplicate printers from the list.
  5. Delete your printer from the list.
  6. Set up your printer with Google Cloud Print again.

Add your printer to your Chromebook

  1. At the bottom right, select the time.
  2. Select Settings Settings.
  3. At the bottom, select Advanced.
  4. Under "Printing," select Printers.
  5. Under "Available printers to save," next to your printer, select Save.
  6. Check that your printer appears at the top, under "Saved printers."

I hope that helps.

I’m not sure what that means? I have a chromebook so I just click print in the document. No error message comes up when printing because I can’t even print. It doesn’t let me select my printer as an option
