Can´t find HP664 cartridge in US

Product: HP DeskJet ink Advantage 3835
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought my HP deskjet 3835 in Mexico, the specification for cartridges is HP 664 but can´t find this in US.  Support told me that is possible to use HP63 cartridges making a reset on my printer but it doesn´t work. My printer looks identical to HP Officejet 3830 tha uses HP63. Please help me!
