Can't get 4655 printer to print despite following all cleaning, alignment and cartridge instructions

HP 4655
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 4655 printer, barely used and not for 3 months, tried all the cleaning, cartridge and alignment tools nothing works, paper is not jamming, when I removed the cartridges and replaced them all there was a pool of ink in the well of the inkjet device, that was hard to clean but after gently cleaning still no printing.  We have used the cartridge cleaning sequence enough to know it does not work.  Fixable?

I see that you have issues with the print quality and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
