Hi, I’m not able to remove the print cartridges to replace them - the carriage works fine, but when I push down on the cartridge as I normally do to release it, it just doesn’t release. I never had this problem before, it just started and affects both cartridges.
I'm very familiar with how to push down on the cartridge to release it, as I’ve done it many times before. The printer is turned on, the carriage moves to the correct position with the cartridges in the center. I tried turning the printer off and on, can’t think of what else to try. Thanks in advance.
