Can't find my product number.  I have something for the serial number, and then an FPU number that is 5 characters, a dash, and then 5 more characters.  When I enter that to enter the technical support page, I get an error message.  I've looked elsewhere, but could not find it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

In the FPU number, the characters before the dash would be your Product number. Here is a document you can refer to: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03770424

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need any further assistance.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
