Product: HP Envy 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to change the colour cartridge on the printer but I can't open the door more than about 2cms. I have pulled the paper tray out to check if there is a jam but there isn't and the printer is printing.

 

Any help to resolve the problem would be appreciated

Problem solved. Bit of brute force and ignorance at first but door is now opening and I've changed teh cartridge successfully
