Can't press OK on touchscreen on "Genuine HP cartridges installed" message
Product: Photosmart 5510
Installed genuine ink cartridge. Get message saying "Genuine ink cartridges installed", can't press OK to get past this message.
Can't interface with it any other way since I have a new laptop and router since I last used the printer and the wireless light isn't on anyway, which I can't change because I can't get past the Genuine Ink Installed message. Tried unplugging and plugging back in and nothing changes.
