Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I changed ink cartridges in my printer.  The alignment page printed improperly several times.  Tried to scan what I had and printer gives message that alignment page is not detected.

That's why you can't align the printer because the print quality is bad.   Try the HP web page here.  Once the print is good, you will be able to align the cartridges.

Since you just changed a cartridge, please print out the Print Quality Report.  Are all colors present and perfect?

No, there are missing bands on the Print Quality Report, too.

That's why you can't align the printer because the print quality is bad.   Try the HP web page here.  Once the print is good, you will be able to align the cartridges.

The suggestion of taking out the black cartridge and letting it sit upside down for a few hours was the correct one. Thanks!
