Card stock keeps getting jammed in printer.

these are the only media size types your machine can take.   Make sure you machine is set to label or card stock in the paper type settings 

 

Custom (metric): Tray 1: 88.9 x 127 to 215 x 355 mm
Supported (metric): A4; A5; A6; B5(JIS); Index card A4; 13 x 18 cm; 10 x
15 cm; Envelope C5; Envelope C6; Envelope DL
