Printed my Sprint bill from a Sprint bill on my iPhone and can’t get the printing to stop. It prints the bill over and over and over again. My Envy printer is shut off until I get this resolved

@BJPT, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I understand that you are trying to print from the Sprint Bill Application and the print job won't stop printing. Try cancelling the print job sent to the printer-

 

To cancel a print job, open the App Switcher, tap Print Center, then tap Cancel Printing.

 

Once the print job is canceled, try printing from a different app to see if the issue reoccurs, if yes, cancel the print job again.

 

Now, check for any updates on your iOS device and also, update the printer firmware. Here is how can do it-

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates.

Try printing.
