Can't use printer due to instantink error

Hi there. I'm having issues printing on my HP ENVY PHOTO 6220. Every time I send something to print it tells me that it cannot print untill registered to instant ink. I've checked my profile everything is above board I'm registered to the free one as I really don't print often enough. I tried to update to the £1.99 version but the site wouldn't allow me to update my card details. I'm at my whitts end here can anyone help me out?

I have already reset the wireless connection to the rooter as I did have a power outage so I thought it could have been that but no. Any help greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for your time and patience with me
