I wanted to set the computer to notify me when a fax comes in. I have set the printer to have faxes delivered to my computer, but i do not know when they come in. Is this possible?

Hi,

Your printer supports HP Digital Fax to save incoming faxes to your PC.

 

During the HP Digital Fax Setup Wizard, you may select to allow notifications on any specific time (You should be able from 5 to 60 minutes).

The computer will then show a popup about incoming faxes on the selected time, ether if there were new incoming faxes or there weren't:

Hi thanks for your help. I have setup to get fax on the computer and it is going to the designated folder however I can't seem to get a notification even though I have set it up on 10 minute interval. I am on windows 10 and I am using officejet 8020. I did use the fax wizard for setup. Thankls
