Cannot Print - Printer offline

I cannot print.  I just had a computer professional look at my printer and it worked for a few days.  Now, it does not print.

I first did a power cycle, unplugging the printer and turning it off.

I went into Control Panel/Printer and Devices.

I then right clicked to see what was printing.  A document was in the que.  I deleted it.

The printer appears offline.   I clicked on Printer, then User Printer offline to make it offline.  Then I clicked Printer, then User Printer offline again to make it online.   This was supposed to make it online.    I tried to print and it did not work.

Could someone please assist.
