  • I am trying to change the paper size when printing from my phone and it will not give me an option to change it. When I press paper size it comes up 4x6 and no other options! I've been on the app reading and nothing!! How do I change the paper size from an android phone!

I reviewed your post and I understand you are unable to change the paper size when printing from your phone.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you use the HP Smart App to print from your phone.

 

Follow the steps in the below article to install and use the HP Smart App.

NOTE: If you are already using the HP Smart app then uninstall it from the phone and then restart the phone and install it again and check.
