@Vallbell Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to wireless.

Please repeat the reset by pressing both the Wi-Fi and Cancel buttons at the same time, till the power light starts blinking, then allow it to become stable and ensure the Wi-Fi blue light blinks.

Assuming the reset was made, you should see an HP Setup network in your list, then reinstall the HP Software or follow HP Smart:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05987925

'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' contains detailed information for such.

additionally, may you previously set an Administrator Password for your printer by any chance?

If the issue still persists, please perform the hard reset.

  1. Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

  4. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

  5. Wait at least 60 seconds.

  6. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

  7. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

  8. Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

  9. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed
