Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I have tried (3 times) all fixes that hp recommends in video, but I still get paper mismatch error. Now  what?

To better you-

  1. What is the paper type, size, and weight of the paper you're using ?
  2. Does the copy print out the same way? 
  3. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? 

Check the printer specification to know, If you're using the supported paper:Printer Specifications for HP OfficeJet 3830
