Cannot print Black

My printer tells me everything is fine! It simply doesn't want to print black. I cleaned the heads. No change. I did it again. No change! I followed the instructions and went on-line. The Virtual Agent was so helpful once I'd jumped through a load of hoops. It even providing a link to the right page = Error 404! Great help that was.

There seems to be no other way to contact HP and I still can't print an important document. I've wasted half a morning on this nonsense. I'm probably wasting my time now.

I just want to talk to a human being who can tell me what to do with the pretty white box that isn't even heavy enough to use as a doorstop.

To add insult to injury they emailed me to tell me that I've used up all my page allocations and need to pay more. I might also send them all the wasted paper I've accumulated.
