Our printer is no longer connected to a network. Now we can't print.

Hi,

 

In ordre to use the instnat ink service you require regular connection to the internet in order for the service to ensure that you do not run out of ink.

 

Please try to re-establish a connection between your printer and your home wifi. On your printer from oanel, check for a wireless menu and then find your home wifi network and connect to it. Your wifi password will be printed on your router/modem somewhere (usually the back)

That's the problem. We no longer have a network connection as we have discontinued it. How can I discontinue the ink service without being able to connect to the internet?
