Solved!

Cannot print in colour

Hi No the local account just does exactly the same it hasn't worked,

I've now tried everything and its really frustrating as I can print in colour from my phone, IPAD,, or from a test page,

I am paying monthly for HP instant ink, and will have to cancel  my contract as the printer does not work Please advise

Cannot print in colour

Thank you, for your help, the support team remoted in to my pc and sorted the problem
