HP OfficeJet 6950 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I connected my printer with my computer via USB. Scanning is working- I can scan a picture or a file from the printer to the computer. However, I could not print from my computer to the printer. I can print the demo page (touch screen from the printer), but not from my computer.

I tried reconnecting the printer to my computer, but it still doesn't work. The print job list just automatically deleted my print job in a timely manner.

Please help!

Try setting it up using 123.hp.com

I set up my printer in 123. hp.com already like a month ago, and it has a warranty of 11 months left.  Let me rephrase my problem:

I can scan from printer to computer. I can print the status report from the printer (All controls are done in the printer). I can copy a document from the printer. I can also scan a document from my printer's scanner to the computer - this means that my USB connection between my printer and computer is working well. The only thing that I cannot do (My main purpose of buying this printer)  is to print a document from the computer - whenever I pressed print from my computer, the printer just simply ignored it. The job list just showed "printing" in the status, and the whole job just disappeared in a timely manner (about 10 seconds).

This is the problem that I want to solve.

Just a note, the Printer Status Report I printed out shows that on the 45th item (Ink Number), Magenta, Cyan and Yellow shows "Ready ", but not Black. Maybe this is the problem? How can I make Black "Ready"?

I ran the  HP Print and Scan Doctor (in English) and it's fine now.

Problem solved.
