Cannot turn off double sided printing

Just purchased my HP Envy Photo 7155 specifically to print envelopes.  They are all printing double sided.  I have verified on the printer that it is single sided and checked my Word document.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

If you previously set up a duplex printing job, the settings might carry over to the next print job. To change to one-sided printing, turn off the duplex setting in the print driver.

Depending on your driver, remove the check next to Print on Both Sides, or select None from the drop-down menu.

Thank you for replying.  As you can see, on my print window, there is no option for 2 sided printing.   I have gone through all the page setup and other options on this page, and there is no option for 2 sided printing.

Please advise.

Add the AirPrint printer to the Mac printer queue

Confirm you are using AirPrint by adding the printer in System Preferences.

1. Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

2. Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, and then do one of the following steps.

   • If your printer is listed, remove and re-add the printer to confirm it is set up for AirPrint. Click the printer name, click the minus sign  to delete the printer, click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name and then continue to the next step.

   • If your printer is not listed, click the plus sign, click Add Printer or Scanner, click the name of your printer, and then continue to the next step.

   • If your printer is not listed in the Add Printer or Scanner window, go to the Frequently asked questions in this document to resolve connection issues, try to add the printer again, and then continue to the next step.

3. Confirm AirPrint or Secure AirPrint displays in the Use or Print Using menu, and then click Add.

4. Open a document or photo, click File, and then click Print.

check if you are getting a 2 sided option
