My printer won't print, it says it need the starter ink but its still not printing

I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the  "Use Set up ink cartridge" issue. 

 

Please help me with the exact serial, product number, and model of your product to help you better.
Click on this link to know how to find the serial number of the product.

 

Meanwhile, Try the steps in the document- 'Use SETUP Cartridges' Error

That didn't help. My serial number is  Th8381q1ns. With out the setup cartridges my printer isn't going to print
