Have used standard cardstock for years without issue but recently prints off center. Regular paper prints perfect. Any fixes??

@Pappy6 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are facing issues with card stock.

What is the weight and size of the card stock you are using on your printer?

Have you tried printing using a different brand paper?

Have you tried printing using a different application?

As you mentioned you are unable to feed cards into your printer.

I have checked the printer specifications, Ans your printer supports cardstock 5x8 printing.

Please refer to the below link supported media for your printer.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5305049/document/...

  • Go to Control panel – Devices and Printers.
  • Right-Click on the HP inkjet 4630 and select Printing Preferences.
  • Go to the Paper / Quality tab change your paper type to "Cardstock" under media.
  • Also, if you are printing with Microsoft office / MS Word/ or any other program, make sure the media or paper type is also selected to the cardstock as well.

If the issue still persists uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
