Product: Hp Photosmart A516

First, I bought this Hp photosmart A516 used. I had a new hp 110 cartridge to use and it says Cartridge Failed! This is the second photosmart "portable" photo printer that i've bought used and its saying the same thing, Cartridge Failed!! Help!!

Ok! I bought an unopened but 2014 exp cartridge.  The HP Photosmart A516 accepted it!!! Yay! No error message. It even printed the alignment and test page. So this problem has been solved. Thank you so much for your help.

Please try the steps to re-seat and clean the cartridges from this document - HP Photosmart A516 Printer - 'Incorrect or Missing Print Cartridge' Message Displays on the Printer
