Cartridge Jam

Office Jet 5255

I got two different error codes.

 

1. improper power shutdown 

2. Cartridge jam

 

ive already tried resetting the printer, unplugging it for 30 seconds and no success.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to check if there are any jams and clear it.

 

For more info on resolving a carriage jam, kindly refer to this document.

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
