Cartridge error message keeps coming up even though cartridge has been replaced
Product: HP Office Jet printer
Hi, The printer said a cartridge needed replacing, so I replaced the cartridge, but it keeps coming up with "Replace empty cartridge or use black ink only".
I tried leaving the printer on, unplugging the power cord from the wall, unplugging power cord from the wall socket... removing cartridges... waiting for 60 seconds.... plugging power cord back into back of printer, back into wall, the printer powered up, I put the cartridges back in place, shut the door, but then the same error message to replace empty cartridge comes up. Help!!!
